Nonprofit Academy

  • Momentum Nonprofit Partners 630 S Cooper Street Memphis Memphis (map)

Does our mission articulate the core of our work, effectively? Is it time to revisit and revision our strategic plan? Are we actively assessing policies, plans and procedures to ensure that all are inclusive? If these are questions that you’re exploring, Nonprofit Academy is the ideal introduction to understand how to better govern and manage your organization’s work.

The bank of knowledge that guides how nonprofit professionals and organizations execute programs and services is boundless but oftentimes not so easy to navigate. 2. Leadership: Board, Staff and Volunteers

  3. Legal Compliance and Ethics

  4. Finance and Operations

  5. Resource Development

  6. Public Awareness, Engagement and Advocacy
