Often times women face wounding experiences in their personal and professional lives, that affect how they show up in the workplace. Being expected to check “feelings and baggage” at the door has historically caused women to internalize emotions associated with work-hurt experiences, muting the opportunity to seek help or support.
In this Community Conversation, in partnership with My Sister’s Keeper, participants will discuss cultural experiences and associated labels that impact women in the workplace and impede their ability to fully show up as whole individuals. Participants will discuss ways to move towards awareness, solutions, and healing. Free session. Register here.
