Does my registration cover both the conference and Catalyst Awards?
Yes! One registration gives you special access to both the conference and Catalyst Awards.

Do I have to be with a registered nonprofit to attend the conference or Catalyst Awards?
No. Registration is open to anyone who’d like to attend.

If I register and am unable attend, can I get a refund or change registration name?
Yes, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting April Carter. Full refunds can be requested if registrant cancels more than 2 weeks in advance. Cancellation within 2 weeks of the conference requires a 50% fee. Refunds will not be offered if you simply do not attend the conference without prior cancellation.

Will the conference sessions be recorded?
Only the keynote speaker will be recorded, with highlights of other sessions recorded.

What are bonus sessions?
Bonus sessions are offered to registrants as a way to engage in community, have dialogue about the day’s content, or connect with Sponsors to discover service solutions relevant to your organization.

Will the conference and Catalyst Awards be on the same day?
Yes! The conference and Catalyst Awards have been combined and will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2023.

I purchased a group package. How do I confirm who will use the tickets?
It is VERY important that we capture individual attendee information for anyone that will use a group ticket. After purchasing a group package, April Carter will contact the person listed as the purchaser to provide a group code for staff to register. This will ensure we have nametags ready, capture any dietary restrictions, and assist with keeping track of who will be attending on your behalf.
