Help Desk

The Help Desk serves as the referral and information hub of Momentum Nonprofit Partners. Individuals can call or email regarding any question related to nonprofit management. Our staff will respond with resources, referrals, helpful tips, and templates within one week. This service is free to members and resource materials are provided, in part, by Momentum's partnership with the Standards for Excellence® which provide a framework of best practices for nonprofit management, governance, and operations. 

Momentum is a proud Replication Partner of the Standards for Excellence Institute. The foundation of the Standards for Excellence® program is the published Standards for Excellence®: An Ethics and Accountability Code for the Nonprofit Sector. It identifies 6 major areas of nonprofit governance and management which contain 27 different topic areas. Each topic area includes specific benchmarks and measures that provide a structured approach to building capacity, accountability, and sustainability in your organization.
